Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier acquired physical possession of the goods.

Returns of Stock Items (voluntary return option) In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal we offer a voluntary return option for stock items from our Gomaringen warehouse. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@kvndesign.net if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and find a solution.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at info@kvndesign.net.
