Shipping Terms and Conditions

Production and Pickup

All goods are manufactured at our state-of-the-art Matsu production facility located in Nanlang, Zhongshan, in southern China. Customers have the option to collect their orders directly from the facility.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping: Consolidated Container (FCL)

   • Goods are shipped in a full container load (FCL) via sea freight.

   • Estimated transit time: 30–45 days.

2. Less-than-Container Load (LCL)

   • For smaller shipments, we offer LCL shipping via sea freight.

   • Estimated transit time: 30–45 days.

3. Rail Freight

   • Where feasible, we aim to utilize rail transport to reduce environmental impact and potentially lower costs (additional charges may apply).

   • Estimated transit time: 20–35 days.

4. Air Freight

   • For urgent deliveries or smaller products, air freight is available.

   • Estimated transit time: 1–5 days.

Additional Information

• Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are handled under standard Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF). Please specify your preferred terms when placing an order.

• Customs and Duties: The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees applicable in the destination country.

• Packaging: All goods are securely packaged to ensure safe transport. Special packaging requests can be accommodated at an additional cost.

• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all shipments, where available.

• Delivery Times: The stated transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or logistical challenges.

• Insurance: Shipping insurance is available upon request and may incur additional costs.

• Order Changes or Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to shipping arrangements must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional fees.
